NeilMed 30ml NasoGel Spray

As the weather heats up, I find air conditioning really dries out my eyes and nose, which can get quite painful. This has really helped, within a day, my nose was feeling much better, and within a few days, no problems at all. Its good value too, as it will last for ages too, as you only need a really small amount (don't fully press as way too much comes out at a time!). If you suffer from a dry nose, I highly recommend this.

Pleased with the product but unfortunately, I'm allergic to it. While I managed to use it, it was good.

Provided immediate relief for dry nostrils due to medication I’m taking. Seems a bit more effective than plain saline spray as it has sodium hyaluronate and aloe gel added.Some thoughts to consider:You are advised to use 2-4 pumps per side for each treatment and to repeat 3-4 times a day. I measured each 4-pump dose at 1.0g so in a 30 ml bottle you’ll get roughly 10 days of treatment. I’m using one pump, 2-3 times a dayI found the liquid does drip back out of my nose for a few minutes. This can be prevented by holding your head back for a few minutes.The information booklet provided is like a mini glossy magazine explaining the full product range; the specific instructions for this gel is a half page on page 11. I would say this was quite limited compared to other products sold in the UK.

Brilliant product to use when on oxygen.After years of discomfort for a family member, she has finally managed to relieve tensions and breathe nicely through her cannulas with the use of this product

I have a stuffy nose due to an allergy I use this in the morning 2 puffs in each nostril and wait a short while, I then blow the mucous out which it had loosened and use pirinase spray, I also using it during the day and before I go to bed, it is a tad expensive but helps.

It makes the passages moist as in it being a liquid increasing humidity. It didn't moisturise the skin itself in my nasal passages and sinus' at all. It might as well be water. It does drip.

Life saver it is for me...the only things is that its too expensive, there should be a packaging of 4 or 10 to make it a bit affordable for regular buyers. Too expensive..

Works well, keeps my nose moisturised. A little expensive but worth it for the relief it brings
