Only works with type c to type. Can't usb to type c or hdmi to type c. I do have 2 type c ports but i need one of the to charge. Any suggestions?

Dear customer, You can connect the screen using the Type C port on one side and the USB-A and HDMI cable on the other side (please note that the HDMI to C cable is connected to the C port at the bottom of the monitor) to make it work. If this does not work, please contact us to provide you with technical support. In fact, you can also choose to connect both screens using the Type C port. You can connect one monitor use an 65W external adapter to power it, which will also power the notebook in reverse. You can choose different connection methods according to your needs. Will it fit a ToughBook FZ-40?
