I bought these I can't see what difference they make haven't seen any improvement.

Everyone should do their own research when considering taking a supplement, and, consult with their doctor for advice. If your doc says you are deficient in a particular nutrient (from a blood test usually) then you will probably want to take a relevant supplement. By researching you'll find Milk Thistle is associated with liver health, amongst other things. Never heard of this company before so as a matter of course, I try to find them on .gov to see when they were incorporated, then check for a professional website, then look at their storefront to see how many products they have - do they specialise or generalise... after all, if you are ingesting a new health supplement, you need to trust the manufacturer and ensure they are reputable, know what they are doing etc as this is a $13.3 trillion industry globally and amongst the good companies are a lot of rogues. I also check for expiry dates, and a use within symbol (only applies to skin/hair care but, should apply to all ingested products whether through the skin or the mouth!), also check for a proper tamper-proof seal, and have they used a container that is glass or plastic - is the content protected from light, i.e. dark or clear. These are all indicators that the seller knows their stuff and cares about the customer. This Milk Thistle has a BBE - 07/2026, but no indication of how long they can be kept after breaking the seal. The container is dark plastic. On their storefront is the banner: 'The home of ultra premium supplements' and they also have a strapline 'Supplements, Reinvented'... errr you can't reinvent nature, Milk Thistle is great all by itself... all the marketing puff turns me off.
