Great for the price. Easy to read and clean. Fairly accurate readings.
Decent little tool. I have a spendy one. And this is usually very close on the reading. But quicker to use. I would recommend.

Consistent.
Checked my water at 3 different sources and came up with a reading +/- 3 ppm, so at least the results are consistent. Accuracy is unknown. Reading seems a little low (220pm), have super hard calcium/mag rich well municipal water stains everything. Gonna try with a bottle of distilled water.

Great value; replaceable battery
I bought this to replace the one which came with my ZeroWater pitcher (after replacing it once with the original). This is much better because it has a replaceable button battery (the battery case can be difficult to open). It's as simple to use as the original and easy to read. It's great value for the money.

Great value for the money
This basic and affordable TDS water tester is the truth! The battery is long-lasting and it is easy to read and use. If/when this one ever becomes inoperable, I would buy the same one again.

The Temp Does Not Work
The item works decently. When testing different water the TDS seems to be accurate or at least close. The temp doesn't work though. I can go from refrigerated water to tap water and it is exactly the same temp. Really wish the temp worked but the unit is easy to use. Display is large enough to read.

Excellent meter, very slow temperature correction.
To use this meter, you must understand two things. The temperature correction to the TDS reading matters a LOT. And this meter's temperature correction is EXTREMELY slow. The "30 seconds" in the instructions is not nearly long enough if your water and your meter differ in temperature by more than a degree or so. I'm using this to test my tap water. Straight out of the tap, it's about 10 degrees F colder than my kitchen. At first, I thought the meter was garbage, because the readings were all over the place. The longer the water sat around, the higher the TDS reading got. I eventually realized that's because the water was warming up. Now, I take a sample, let it warm to room temperature, and the meter is extremely consistent from reading to reading. Bottom line, if you think the readings from this meter aren't stable, then consider "operator error" as a possible cause. I feel that I got far more than my money's worth, for $6 or so. But for $6, you get a meter that's reasonably accurate, but very slow. This meter does, eventually, make a temperature correction to the reading. But, it does so extremely slowly.
