My surgery had a cadaver tissue remnant that was sharp and caused a lot of chest pain. Within two weeks of taking Serraenzyme 2 times a day on empty stomach, my pain has reduced to a point where I feel some relief and not as depressed. Okay, this is really gross and I'm sorry in advance! But the first day I took this, I had to stop my car and have water diarrhea. I thought I was coming down with an intestinal bug of some kind but felt better the next day. I did not connect it to the tablet because I did not realize it was a cleanse. It was something a friend had recommended to help with migraines. I took it a second time today and actually soiled my pants. I have literally never done that before but be aware that you probably cannot leave your house if you take this supplement and are like me...

This product gave me intense pain in the gut after 4 days of taking on empty stomach twice a day. I stopped taking it for a week, them tried taking it and the pain came back immediately. Throwing it out, can't be returned. Waste of a lot of money. I would give No Stars if that was available!
