Performing as expected. The additional flat profile tool made it useable on windows that have lips in front the rail. It's sturdy enough that I can't imagine a toddler getting it open, even if they had the key.

If you have a two-sided window, and if the rail is has additional rail for mosquito mesh, most likely this wont work for you.

I replaced my windows recently and the space for window guards they now have was just to small, less than .75”, so standard safety bars could not be installed anymore. These work very well for setting a preset height that the windows can open, in case my son feels froggy lol.
