I absolutely love love love it and it’s a great addition to my home gym. I usually workout with weight's and although I’ve built my glutes it’s nothing like working out with the booty sprout, you actually feel every thrust in the glutes alone and it’s comfortable on your back, it’s also great for Bulgarian lungs and many other exercises, easily folds up and stores away. Also outstanding customer service from this company. If you’ve been thinking of getting one but skeptical like I was, don’t hesitate because you won’t regret it.

I am male but I have tried to do hip thrusts with the barbell and always found that I feel it in my hamstrings and never in my glutes no matter what I tried - I bought this because it would be much easier at least but after trying it a few times it's so much more comfortable and easier but more to the point I can feel the work out massively in my glutes! If you need something to work your glutes whether you're male or female this is absolutely brilliant. Also folds away fairly small.

5 stars isn’t near enough! Amazon neglected to calculate the correct shipping fees for such a large heavy item being shipped to Northern Ireland , and the company corrected this, at no extra cost or input from myself! If I could give a zero I would.This is a poorly designed machine that started falling apart even with body weight within a few days. I'm mid 60kgs and 5 ft 5 so not a particularly heavy person.The seller is not great either. They seem to be making it impossible to get a refund by insisting the jammed machine which cannot be flat packed is somehow miraculously placed in a box. It is so big that a box that big cannot be bought and I'm no carpenter! Massive headache. I would stay well clear and consider higher spec benches instead.

There are not instructions about folding after use. The backrest is not folding down, completely flat, after use, so it is not possible to store it under the bed.

Love, love, love !Makes hip thrusts much easier to do (especially without a barbell) and also works great for doing Bulgarian lunges.

Ive only used it once so I can’t speak to the durability yet, but as a personal trainer and gym lover, this is an excellent product for at home! Very stable, great price, and the bands provide great resistance. If you want to increase the weight, you can buy more bands from the company. So happy I found this and bought it!

I was a bit worried I would struggle to use it since I'm only 4'9 but all I had to do was put a textbook under me make it easier to prop up against the stand and it worked out! Very satisfied with my puchase. I love that its foldable and can easily be stored under my bed. The resistance bands are nice too. Wish it was more adjustable but I think they do have a new version of it which is more adjustable. I wish I knew about earlier. Still happy with the purchase.

This is such a good machine to have a home. Way more comfortable for me than going to any public gym. Got my booty lookin tight! Little heavier but folds up nice and can sit right in the corner until you need it.
