Work great!
These are great small parts organizers. The parts bins pop out and go with you to the job and then store nicely back in the main cabinet. I have bought into the festool tool and the Systainer organization system. There are much less expensive ways to to accomplish this if you have not. For me these work great and integrate in with the rest of my Systainer collection.

Worth it
Not a must-have but it's a very good solution to keeping small items organized.

A great way of taking in small parts if you don't want to carry a larger organizer.
There are two approaches to organization when it comes to small parts, like WAGO connectors, wire nuts, etc. The first is to use an organizer box with lots of little containers to hold everything you might need. The second is to use smaller containers to hold each subset, and this rack works well for the second. For example, if you do LV you could use one S box to hold WAGOs, wire nuts and other electrical connectors, another to hold RJ-45 and various Ethernet connectors, and so on. With the rack you only need take the containers that have the parts you need into the job with you, rather than having to carry an Organizer with everything you might need. Again, philosophical difference based upon how you prefer to work. The build quality of the small Systainers is excellent, as you'd expect, and the rack locking mechanism works really well. Highly recommended if you work in the "second" way.

Usual Festool quality. Maybe not the most convenient in use.
Purchased this to supplement my drawer-type (Sortainer) tool storage units, for my collection of small hand tools, used for hobby jewelry crafting and home and computer maintenance. I liked the idea of being able to pull out a set of tools and carry them for work out of reach of my workbench. That worked out, if not quite as well as I had hoped. The individual boxes are sturdy, portable, and several can be combined into a connected stack for carrying (just like the larger Systainers). One point of dissatisfaction is the spring mechanism that holds the individual mini-sustainers into the rack. To remove them, one needs to lift up at the same time as one pushes them in, upon which they spring out enough to be grasped. The problem is the lifting action depends on friction of your finger(s) against the front of the box. Quite often, my fingers slip enough that I have to make repeated tries before I can get the box to pop out. This could be solved by a slight re-design, to provide a small lip or protrusion on the side of the box. (I am considering doing my own retrofit to solve this, by screwing or gluing on a strip.) The other points of dissatisfaction are inherent trade-offs in replacing drawers by removable boxes. One cannot access the contents of the boxes without removing them from the rack. This is inconvenient when one is sitting at the workbench and wants to access a tool, both in time and space on the workbench. Aggravating this is the problem of remember what is in each of the boxes. Sure, I put labels on each of them, but when this is stacked under a workbench, or below eye level in a stack of unit, the labels cannot be read easily. With the drawer-type Sortainers, I am accustomed to sometimes opening the wrong drawer, but I can quickly see what is in the drawer, and quickly move up or down to the correct drawer. With this unit, I don't find my mistake until I have removed the box from the rack, and lifted up onto my workbench. So, I don't think I will be buying more of these, but as my tool collection expands I will stick with the drawer-type Sortainer for storage.

Close, but not quite there
The S76 Systainers seem fine for nuts and bolts storage, though I think there are much better solutions for that. For what I was hoping for, the boxes seem 1/2 size too small, and I am having to pivot on how I can find a use for this.
