So far so good. Fits V8 Absolute great and tools and heads all work fine as far s I can tell. Best thing about Dyson is that at least you can easy buy the specific composite parts to replace as they break down through wear and tear rather than get rid of the whole machine.

Wasn't a snug fit, a little lose. The red button broke just like the original after a while. I would look for something else

We have discontinued using this part as it makes the Dyson V11 animal rendered useless. I give positive comments where warranted but have to be honest, from my experience this piece to the Dyson V11 animal fits but it's make the whole vacuum not work, because the airflow gets trapped and doesn't such up any dirt or does so very sporadically. I've gone back using our old and tired tube piece as at least it socks up the dirt.

Works and fits perfect

looked fine at first. but the stick doesnt sit well in the v10 we have. even when locked into place it wiggles a lot, losing connection to the vacuum, stopping the brush from rotating and its light from illuminating. not recommended.
