Very bad return service.
I am writing to express my severe disappointment regarding a product. The item, which is a pair of earbuds, was clearly not properly packaged when it arrived. Furthermore, the seal appeared old or tampered with. More critically, the earbuds are completely non-functional and do not turn on. I have been sent a defective and faulty product. I did not expect this level of poor quality from Amazon. Given this experience, I no longer wish to keep the product. I request a full refund immediately. Please arrange for the return of this defective item and process the refund to my original payment method. Sending out faulty goods is frankly insulting to the customer. Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves.

A must buy product, the best part is battery back up and very easy to use as it’s fit on the ear not like other buds that you have to push inside the ear and get pain after using it for an hour. You can use it throughout the day and also vocal is very clear, not recommended for bass and music

Ultimate easy wear, no pain, weight less, 7 star quality effects easily visible of 16 mm driver smooth n crispy clear sound quality unmatched to even top brand earbuds. The real music lover only cd understand... Call voice n mic also crisp clear audible n finest in class.... I wd rate 7 star out of 5 looking at mere 13 hundred bucks.

Doesn't charge fully. Drains quickly
Poor quality: Purchasded it. Left bud charged only 70% after charging it for 5 hours. Started using it for 20 mins. The chrge down to 10% and shut down. Right bud charged 90%. I exchanged the product thinking it was a device defect. Alas, the same issue: battery drains super fast after a slow and partial charge. Also, each time a call is received, the volume is 100%. Does not retain preferred volue and doesn't synch volume with mobile. I didn't have enough charge to test other features.
