Excellent product, and it is very useful during travel and in public places. The open ear audio is excellent and crystal clear. When the battery went dead, and after contacting service support, I received excellent support, and they agreed to replace the Oakter Smart glass. I am happy with the buy and happy with the quick and very fast service support

I purchased this smart glass, was bassle free during driving. But, soon after few months use it stopped getting charged. Thing is This Oakter seller or manufacturer do not have a service centre for repairs. It is hence, use and throw away. There fore useless and costly.

Value for money and usefull product

Very very best Smart glass among all product of smart Glasses of Other Company. As i have used smart Glasses of one other Company also whoes name i don't want to disclose. The Oakter smart Glasses Speaker are very highest among other company in terms of audibility . Its button on side to on/, off Bluetooth is best quality of manufacturing innovative. Another best part of Oakter smart Glasses is USB charging that on one side only. This is technical innovation of Oakter smart Glasses is very far better than Other company Bluetooth Smart glasses which have Magnetic charger on Both side, in those Magnetic charger point putting charger is very very Fussy . So i have two Company Smart glasses one of your company, othar of Another Company , if you do replacement as per our discussion, i will naturally wear one and onlly OAKTER SMART GLASSES All day because my Power glass no is -7 D so its my majbori to use it all day except when i sleep or wash. 1) battey is decent only for calling not for music 2) speakers are not designed for music listening, its works well only for sharp voice 3) mic is not so sensitive but still can catch voice 4) noise cancellation features is ok , I tried calling through sim sometimes it works good but wind noise create distrubance. 4) internet call is not good whenever i tried calling through telegram other person were saying speak louder, Even i was in quite place . 5) the ear clip of this frame hurt my upper part of ear because of hard material used near ear side of the frame 6) speaker produces 100% sound but you will hear only 50% in quite place and 40% in noisy area . And if you keep your hand on ear by covering both the speaker you will get immersive sound. And then you will realise that u r listening nothing through this speaker. 7) YES , you have to increase volume more than 60% to listen any call in noisy area. And then sound leakage will happen .which is common in open ear headset. 8) speaker position should be more closer to the ear .so that loss less sound can be listen. 9) noise cancellation mic should be placed near to the ear / speaker so that background noise can be reduced not main noise . I have used it for 4 days. And i think it works good but need little improvement so that it can become user friendly for daily use .

Oakter smart glasses were exactly the way it was advertised and worked good as expected until a day back with some technical issue in powering on, which the service team handled in a professional manner with a replacement issued, as the product is under warranty. Service agent Shubham Tiwari was so dedicated in closing request raising my interest for Oakter products hereafter. The glasses are so good, that even if it's out of warranty and no replacement opportunity, I'm okay to pay for other set. Bought this like 2 weeks back. I wanted to listen to music while riding bike, and listen to surroundings also. This serves the purpose. Daily 30 40 km . Incharged it yesterday after my first charge. Commects to phone instantaneously. Music quality is also good , loud . Only issue is to go to next song i have to use Google assistant and tell it to play next song.i Wish there was controls for that. Call quality is very good btw. Even while I ride it's very audible to the other person. Highway work is going on and it protecting my eyes from dust also.

Only 6 month used and after warranty period it is not working, very bad product
