Great kit for any beginner or anyone wanting to have their own set up at home without going to the gym. Came with everything as described. Was not hard to set up or fill the bag. It feels sturdy and overall decent quality. We were all excited about this package as we are trying to work on being healthier in our household.

The quality of the items are pretty good for the most part from what I’ve tested but the grip strength broke after maxing it out after about 10 squeezes but it was handling on the lower settings. Gloves feel comfortable and the zip-crow holds pretty steady, reflex trainer has good cords attached to the ball but I was unsure of how to tie it to the headband (I’m not the best with tie knots) but held strong so far. Hand/wrist wraps had a comfortable material for the skin, jump rope was super easy to grip didn’t need to force grip to use. Definitely a great starter/ keep in shape kit!
