I'm writing this review after using this purifier for over 3 months. At first when you go to purchase this product, it seems to be a great value for money deal but you soon realize that this is a far inferior product compared to the name brands available for slightly more money. Firstly, you won't get basic pipe fittings that are generally provided by other name brands and you will be charged extra for those during installation. Not a big deal breaker. Second, there is no guarantee whether the technician will do a good job of installation. The technician did not even care to clean the tank before installation. After using this purifier for about a week, I found insects and pieces of plastic floating in the tank which had to throughly cleaned. Third, the overall functionality is questionable. The auto cut-off switch has a mind of its own. Even if the filter tank is full it keeps running every now and then. Lastly, the most important aspect is the reliability. In just around 3 months of usage the UV filter has started leaking and unfortunately that isn't covered under warranty. The warranty will only cover the pump and the power supply. This basically means that I will have to shell out additional money for something I've already paid for. In short, if you are looking out for a water purifier which will reliability and effectively function for a decent period of time my suggestion will be to invest some extra money and get a branded one. These companies are nothing but a scam using the 'Made in India' tagline as a bait for customers.

The water tastes incredibly fresh and pure, and I can notice the difference compared to unfiltered water. Easy Installation: The setup was straightforward and came with clear instructions. Product: On the first delivery, I received a defective RO unit, but Amazon replaced it. However, I am still waiting for my ₹500 refund. Installation: Karan from Delhi (Rohini) installed the product late at night around 10:30 PM with great patience. He has excellent knowledge of every component, and I would rate him 10 out of 10.

Not sure if I have been delivered with a faulty product or the reviews here are all fake. I had ordered this purifier on 28th Jan. After installation, the very next day there was a leak in piping as shown in the video which probably lead to short circuit on the SMPS. I called for the service, they came after 1-2 days and set up the new SMPS. It worked fine till only a week and then the power supply again got stopped leading to no function. Again the service person was called and I was told that it's a minor issue of the float valve which trips the power supply once the filter is filled up. But the problem was everytime when water level is reduced the float valve should enable the power supply leading continued filtration. This never happens. Once the float valve trips the supply, it never turns on unless I open the glass from the side and manually trip it. The service person came again and setup a new sensor on float valve. Again, it worked fine till one week and now since yesterday the same issue has begun. I've been ensured that a new float valve will be installed on Monday but I am sure that the issue will again repeat after a week. The company should either do a comprehensive check for this product or return it and swap with another new one (which actually works!) or be prepared for legal actions.
