Very impressed with this shower rail unit, from the moment I opened the packaging. The component parts were well packaged and protected in a custom moulded foam insert within the outer box and each part was individually wrapped. On removing and checking each of the parts, I particularly noted the good, ‘heavy feel’ of the valve unit, which was indicative of good material and build quality. I did encounter one minor problem, in that there was a small coupling piece (required to attach the rainfall shower head to the riser rail) missing from the supplied parts. However, in my experience, it is not always a bad thing when some small problem occurs as the remedial response can reveal a great deal about the supplier/seller of a product. In this case, the seller was excellent! Very courteous, helpful and efficient. A replacement part was dispatched immediately (on the same day that I notified them) and they even monitored the consignment right up to the point of delivery. On receipt of the missing component, I found the assembly and fitting of the shower rail to be relatively simple and straightforward and the finished installation looks good and is a nice addition to the new bathroom. Overall, I am VERY pleased with this purchase, both the product and the service I received from the seller.

Lovely quality

The shower itself is of decent quality. Tho the diverter didn't sit flush into the stem so had to use force to force it down then tighten the tiny grub screw. Looked like someone had returned the item for that reason as the fitting the grub screw secures to was scratched and worn. Also the description says 5 year warranty and the warranty card says 3?.. hopefully will never need it anyways. A tad bit pricey for what it is but I would buy again if need be.

Excellent t quality and classy looking. I wasn't sure about the square shape of the riser but it looks really classy and finishes the look of the shower. Would recommend quality the style great value

I was really impressed with this item until it became faulty. After less than 3 months the button on the small adjustable head has become stuck on one setting and no longer adjusts. Really disappointed and can’t seem to figure out how to get in touch with the seller. If the seller can contact me as a matter of urgency I would really appreciate it. A warranty is worth nothing if you can’t act upon it. So frustrated this has happened and Amazon haven’t been particularly helpful as it has been over 30 days.

Lovely shower. Easy to assemble and works very well. Very solid and stylish.

Shower bits looked really good , good quality aswell, but installation instructions are awfull couldn't understand them and follow them so had to return shower.

Qualità nella media, l’asta sembra acciaio, la valvola ottone, il doccino, il soffione e il reggi doccino saliscendi tutt’a plastica. Finché dura ha una bella funzionalità, il soffione lascia una piacevole caduta a pioggia, il doccino ha un comodo cambio del getto a pulsante.

Gute Duscharmatur mit ordentlicher Befestigung und stabilem Gestänge. Die Schlauchverbindungen sind allerdings auf bescheidenem Niveau. Ich habe sie durch Markenschläuche mit entsprechender Flexibilität ersetzt. Daher 1 Stern Abzug. Aber bei dem Preis kann man wohl nicht mehr erwarten. Was die Haltbarkeit anbelangt, vorallem hinsichtlich der Verchromung, muss man abwarten.
