Love it! Works as advertised. The handles do attach to the base and the base doesn’t vibrate. I had another one where handles attached to the vibrating plate and it helped with shoulder stretch and workout. I like the different speeds and how it changes on its own. I looked up the different positions that work with it online

The machine its self is high quality, easy to use . It’s come with a control and allow me to adjust the time and speed. It’s come with remote.Pain relief too and very light weight. It’s a great addition to my home gym. It’s very functional.it’s circulation too.i do last few days 15 min a day feels good .highly recommend it!!

Great quality; vibration is powerful, the top where you stand is spiked, uncomfortable on your bare feet, but if you move your feet to the edges it is more comfortable and the vibration is also stronger. It has manual settings as well as automatic, I love it . It comes with bands but I haven’t used them , I gave it 4 stars because of the spiked base, other than that it’s great !!

Im using it everyday with my red light. 10 minutes a day. It’s been working perfect. After 10 minutes you feel relax and ready to start the day. Very easy to assemble jus plug it in and ready to use!
