Well Throughout Product
Excellent product! Well designed and works perfectly. Love the clamp-style terminals on this device. Two wires can easily be terminated at each screw terminal (in case you have a pass through). The ground terminal even has a nice guide that holds the wire in place while you tighten the retaining screw. Very nice!

Leviton T5633-E Type A & Type-C USB In-Wall Charger
We have Aqara Cameras for outside under our eaves, we decided to replace the regular outlet with these in a waterproof housing. They work perfect and look great with our house since the under eaves area is black. It charges quickly! I like that we can still use the electric plug ins for Christmas Lights or other need tools outside. The product is made well and was easy to install. I will be buying more to install inside of our house. They connect easily to the cameras we are able to use them with the highest brightness.

Ease of installation without sacrificing outlets
Very easy to install but takes a lot of receptacle space. Decent charging capacity and eliminates need for a separate device charger taking up an outlet.

Works good, needs some room in j-box so doesn’t fit everywhere
Doesn’t fit in all electrical boxes, but most will be ok. Works as expected

Large Outlet, tight fit
The outlet does the job I like the option of the USB and the USB-C, until those are obsolete eventually. Haha. But be advised if it’s an older construction and you’re upgrading the outlets the box might be a little tight for this outlet. There may not be a whole lot of room on the backside (between the back of the box and the back of the outlet), for wiring. Especially if this is replacing an outlet that also feeds additional outlets. There are additional wires to contend with.

It WILL charge a MacBook Pro, slowly
Contrary to the multiple Q&A items where people post that this outlook is incapable of charging a MacBook Pro due to its lack of USB-PD support, it actually will charge a MacBook Pro model with USB-C. It is only capable of 3 amp output on the 5v USB-C port, so that means 15 watts of power compared to the 87w charger the MBPr 15 comes with. This will NOT operate your MacBook while you use it, but it is certainly capable of slow charging it, even from dead, in roughly seven hours. So, if you want a nice convenient way to throw your MBPr on a charger over night without having to get out the power brick, it is perfect, and the slow charge rate is arguably better for the battery. I throw mine on the counter at the end of the day and back in my bag in the morning. What I don't understand is why people have given it a lower rating for not being able to support charge rates it was never advertised as supporting. It's not a high speed Apple USB-PD charger, it was never advertised as such, so it certainly isn't the manufacturer's problem; I don't rate a screw driver poorly because it doesn't drive nails. In any case, I don't know when or if we'll see a true high speed USB-C PD charger in outlet format. Apple is not intentionally adding weight and bulk to their power bricks, while it's also in their interest to shrink their chargers to as small a format as they can be, and as light as can be, while maintaining safety. The Apple 87w charger is significantly larger and heavier than this outlet, and this outlet still needs the components any outlet would need in addition to the USB circuitry and AC-DC converter. Lutron isn't going to be able to shrink, into outlet format, what Apple needs probably 200-300% more space to package safely, and I'm not going to fault them for it. Long story short, if you need the fastest charge speed possible for whatever device you're using, this isn't it, but if you need a nice and easy way to eliminate annoying power bricks to charge devices you're not in a great hurry to have at 100%, it's perfect. I love getting rid of the clutter on my counters and walls by just getting out a cable and putting it away when done.

Nice to get rid of wall warts
I appreciate how this outlet both looks cleaner than when I was using power cubes to drive my USB cables, but it's nice to get the two 110V outlets back. This outlet has put a power strip into storage which is a good thing. And if you've got a lot of older power cubes with limited ampacity and have to worry about matching the supply to the load, this solves that problem pretty well. Every USB-A device that I have can be driven by this outlet. Not true for my assortment of power cubes. I'm looking forward to "upgrading" a couple of more locations. Typical Leviton quality. I'm happy.

Excelente tomacorriente
Muy buena calidad, los puertos USB y USB-C funcionan muy bien. El tomacorriente es grande, por lo que deberán tener buen espacio en la caja eléctrica.

Very well designed.
Very well designed for efficient space for wiring. The USB ports have been invaluable at our kitchen island, where we charge all our devices.

Realmente no lo he utilizado

Leviton T5633-W Type A and Type-C receptacle
This is a high quality product from Leviton - one of the "big names" in manufacturing and sales of electrical equipment. The receptacle functions exactly as designed, supplying 15W for each of its Type A and Type C USB ports and a maximum of 25W between both ports if used at the same time. This is sufficient to quickly charge small devices like phones and tablets. This is not sufficient to quickly charge laptops - which is to be expected based on the T5633's specs. Yes the receptacle is larger than the AC-only type of receptacle it is designed to replace - given the receptacle needs to have a built-in power supply for its USB ports. Anyone considering purchasing this receptacle must confirm the dimensions fit the available space in the electrical box. For example, it may be impossible to fit this receptacle into a shallow-style electrical box that already has several wire nuts crammed inside it. Note also this receptacle should not be used to replace "split receptacles" that are typically installed over kitchen counters. "Split receptacles" are designed so each socket is wired to separate circuit breakers - but the T5633 is designed to have both sockets on the same circuit.
