I am obsessed with this CAROTE cookware set! The detachable handle system is a total game-changer for my kitchen cabinets; I can stack everything neatly, saving so much space. The non-stick surface is incredible—I’ve cooked eggs, meat, and sauces with almost no oil, and everything slides right off. The handles are very sturdy and secure when attached. Bought these on sale, used a few time already. Takes up very little space, good arrangement of sizes, non stick so easy to clean, handles are super easy. Great price for what you get! Only down side is I notice on some spots, the paint is already scratching from the handle, but it’s just cosmetics. Would but again still

Love these pans for our RV. The design allows the to stack in a small space. The felt pan protectors keep the noise down when riding. They do darken on the bottom outside but nobody looks there except me. Have fried eggs with no oil and no sticking. Once cool I just wipe them out with a soapy cloth and rinse. I have only used medium heat as suggested. If I buy these again I will get a darker color. The lids fit nicely.

I love these pans and they are truly non stick. They are by far one of my best set of pans purchased. The only con I have is there is not a cut on the lids for the removable handles.

2nd Update: the company was responsive & offered to replace the scratched pan so I increased the star rating to a 3 but still dying think they are sturdy enough to be longterm daoly use pans UPDATE: see the pictures I have used nothing but wooden or Teflon spoons/spatula & there are marks all over this pan!! Very poor coating quality so if you plan on stirring, mixing basically cooking in this pan steer clear! This is going to be returned. Way too much money for only a couple weeks of use but wear look of a year! & I cannot reiterate enough how annoying it is to not ba able to use the handle while cooking! I really wanted to like these pans they are lightweight & I like the color but the website is very misleading. First and foremost this removable handle when you look at the instructions is not to be used while cooking because the heat can damage it!! Call me strange but I like to stabilize my pants when I am stirring or mixing and I think it is crazy that I cannot hold my pan and I have to remove the handle! I have kind of solved this by keeping the handle beside the pan and only using it when absolutely necessary but I've been cooking a lot of years and I am very used to holding the handle to stabilize a pan anytime I am stirring or doing anything the last thing I want is a hot pan with food spilling on me or around me because I don't have a handle on it. The other thing that was misleading was it said it was dishwasher safe but then when you look at the instructions for care it suggests hand washing. Now here's the real kicker I've had it for maybe a couple weeks used it four or five times with ONLY a wooden spoon and it is already showing scrapes and signs of wear which is really disappointing because I'm the only one who has used the pan and I know I have not mistreated it I have also only hand washed it per the instructions. As stated in other reviews the lids do not seal so the storage in the refrigerator is not ideal you still have to use something else to cover it unless you want other refrigerator smells in your food or it drying out. On a positive note once again they are attractive looking, and they are very lightweight which is nice when cooking. I am still not sure if I'm going to keep these items though because with all the Cons and how much I paid for this item I don't think it'll last very long and I don't think it is worth the extra hassle. I do see that there is a warranty on it so I'm tempted to keep a little bit longer but I have a feeling they're going to try to say that it's just been misused or normal wear and tear and not honor the warranty if I don't return it before the window closes. just something to think about if you are considering purchasing these.
