Very pleased with these! Slip them over your calves then put your foot in your black dress shoes, voila! Pirate boots. Much better than my previous set because the band at the bottom goes into your shoe under, and the top stayed up nice and snug (and I have thick calves) rather than drooping or sagging. It slips over the shoelaces and blends perfectly with my black leather dress shoes. True, there were lots of loose threads to be snipped but for a generic costume item this was to be expected.

These were perfect for my husband's Halloween costume. They fit easily over your pants and socks (don't put shoes on first) but the bottom strap broke off right away. That said, they stayed up without any issues, so mission accomplished!

I’m glad it was cheap in price. The elastic bands broke on one while the fabric on the other was getting ready to rip. I only got to use them once, but that’s okay. It got the job done for what I needed.

First like to say shipping time was expected to be 3-5 days and I got it in 2!They are pretty much as pictured. It is made of a thin leather like material which is clearly fake but expected for the price. The straps that go around the bottoms of the boots broke but it doesn't matter to me as they are kinda pointless in the first place (are they going to ride up my leg or something!?). Other than that, no other issues. They fit fine over my shoes and jeans (6' 220lbs). Would buy again if i ever had a need.

A little lose in the calves area, and I do have larger than normal calves. Other than that, no complaints.

I was hopeful when ordering these, but should have known better with the, "one size fits all" sizing. These are absolutely HUGE! Wide around and long. Cool if you're tall and have a larger frame.

Product was as described. Purchased to "complete" hallowe'en" costume. Did require a slight modification, as was disclosed in the description. Shipped in timely manner.

I ordered these for my son's costume. Was supposed to be for an adult. He only wears a size 5 kids shoe and we had a hard time putting them over his shoe.
