Suncast Pre-Assembled Backyard Oasis Entertainment Bar with Pull-Out Drawers and Shelving Space, All-Weather Outdoor Food and Bar Unit with Faux Marble Finish

Great outdoor bar unit but be for-warned, not an easy assembly job. The unit arrived in a very large box on a very large wooden pallet. The parts weigh about 230 lbs. and had to be brought to the patio one piece at a time. The bar is NOT preassembled and unless you are a good DIYer and have a set of good tools reconsider this. It took me two days to put this thing together correctly.

Horrible. Do not buy this bar. It is advertised as being pre assembled however it absolutely is not. It comes in a big box with approximately 30 pieces of which absolutely none are pre assembled. I had to pay $450 to have it brought into my backyard and assembly. Absolutely false advertising.

First of all, let me say that I did not buy this product on Amazon. I tried, but it was out of stock at the time, so I had to get it elsewhere. Now, let me address the elephant in the room. This unit DOES in fact come pre-assembled. The captive screws and many of the metal supports and other things ARE already attached, which saves a bunch of time. It does not come FULLY ASSEMBLED. No reasonable person would think that a unit of this size would come that way. If that's what you expect, then you don't deserve one, so move along :-). I was able to assemble my bar over the space of a few hours, with the help of my wife, who is not a mechanical engineer. The directions are very clear, just follow them and you'll be fine. We're extremely happy with our unit, and now that several of our friends have seen it, they'll be selling a bunch more! The quality is excellent, and the unit is quite waterproof and weatherproof in all but the most extreme environments. It's heavy as hell just the way it is, so I didn't bother adding the extra sand weight, since we don't live in hurricane alley. If you're wondering how many bar stools it can accommodate, that depends on the size of your stools. The ones we bought are quite large, so it comfortably fits 3 across the front. If your stools are smaller, it would easily fit 4 across the front, and there is space for one on each end if you choose to do so. There is supposed to be an ice bucket accessory, which seems to be unavailable, at least it was when I was looking for one. However, I found the absolutely perfect size Coleman cooler (on Amazon) to fit inside one of the big drawers, so Ice supply is no longer a problem. Bottom line is: We love it!

Its not a bad product,however as you can see in the add it says Pre-Assembled.Thats not the case,plan on spending a few days putting it together.I was so upset about that, that it completely took the fun out of the product . Amazon was so kind to work out a little credit on the product for the faults advertisement,but even with that its a expensive product..Having had the product for a few months it don't hold up to well in the heat of Las Vegas,the product is a little uneven on the top ofter the summer weather.I wish I had not brought this product just because I think more summer heat is only going to continue to damage the product more.Only time is going to tell,shop around before you settle on this product.And remember your going to have to allow time to put it together,and it was not a fun product to assemble. Frustrated back yard oasis customer...

Great bar - looks nice and is very sturdy for outdoor use. The assembly took a while, but the directions are clear and it was worth the time! We decided not to fill the sand containers and it is still heavy enough not to worry about it getting tossed around in strong winds.

The 1-star review is not based on the bar itself but the fact that it is listed as "Pre-Assembled" and it does not come assembled. The bar itself is very nice. And Amazon was very helpful!

Have not ordered yet, but need to boost positive reviews based on experience with all Suncast products. Yes, this bar does say pre-assembled in description, which is incorrect, but in one of the pictures, it says easy assembly. Where would you buy a product this size and expect it to be delivered pre-assembled. We have been buying, made in the USA, Suncast products for years. More than I can count, we have indoor and outdoor cabinets. They are made to last forever and so fast & easy to assemble. If your are looking for quality, durability, functionality and nice looking products, Suncast is the best.

Did not come assembled as it states (1 star). I'm sure the bar itself is wonderful, but poor advertising. Sitting in the box on my driveway as we speak, until I have 2 hours to put it together (took easily 5). Even states in Product Description: "With the added benefit of being pre-assembled, you can start entertaining right away." FALSE. Be prepared to put the time in. Bar itself is fantastic. Rating is based on false advertising.
