The handles are out of this world comfortable. The case was hard and solid, well packaged. Handles are just heavy enough. I had to cut the rope, and I am 5"11 tall but 2 1/2 inches. Even though it is self-adjustable, the cables only go in the handles about 3 inches each. Works like a dream for a beginner. A+

Rope is fast and swings easily. Has a perfect rope weight for double unders and fast singles. Way better than other ropes I have used and the price is great compared to other ropes. One caution is be careful when trimming. It would be easy to trim the cable shorter than intended.

I was looking for a nice rope for CrossFit. I was so happy to find this one. Good quality, easy to set up, doesn’t tangle, and works great! My kids are jealous, I might have to buy another!

It's really hard to find a good jump rope these days. This rope is not bad at all. Unfortunately, one side spins faster than the other. I'm not sure why this seems to be a frequent issue with jump ropes these days, but this one is no different. All in all, I am happy with it and it does it's job well.

good quality and comes with 2 metal rope, easy to adjust. just make sure you use a heavy duty cutter to cut if you need.

So far, I'm loving this jump rope! Super easy to size up, rotates wonderfully, lite weight but not so light that it doesn't easily whip around fast like another "rope" I tried. I'll buy another to send to my son in the Navy so he can master his double/triple unders in his spare time!
