Great product start to finish. This is my second automatic feeder as my cats decided they don't like eating from bowls right next to each other. When removed from the box, it seemed like high quality material. To avoid dry food size issues, the lid even has a sticker to measure x1 kibble piece, so you know if your food is compatible and won't get stuck. It saves you the effort of setting it up getting it dirty with food and then realising it's not right!! The middle food part(main container) is easily removed for cleaning (one sliding left<right lock/unlock button). The bowls are metal so they clean easily. It takes 4xAA batteries incase of a power outage but you can't manually feed through the app unless WiFi is connected. Normal planned meal times should still work incase of power outage. The design is efficient and keeps my cats happy. My older cat will walk away if the younger one is eating too close to him. This solves this problem as the "dispenser slides" blocks the view from either cat. The top lid pops open easy with the press of a button and it's not fiddly to push back down into place. Nice click. It has a little slot in the lid for a silica pouch(x1 included) and says to replace monthly, probably not necessary for everyone. The app is idiot-proof and easy to use to set up meal times OR manually dispense food. It is raised up from the floor using 4 metal dowels. The cable provided is USB to UBC-C and fairly long,so should be simple to replace if the wire is damaged but haven't tested that. They give you a sponge for cleaning too which I thought was a nice touch. The connection from the feeder is neatly tucked away on the bottom (like underneath a kettle) The only downside I've noticed is that when the middle food part is in the lock position, it wobbles slightly IF you try to wobble it. Can't imagine that will be an issue as it is definitely locked into place and I've no worries of it falling over at any time. I haven't needed to use the voice function as my cats can already hear the food dropping into the bowls from 10miles away!! They say it has a 2 year warranty (ignore placement of mine in the photos, just for testing!!)

Ive had this in my home for a few months now and its great. Its great for portioning out the food and giving it consistantly. My cats now run to the machine when it goes off and I dont have to remember to feed them!

I’m super impressed with this automatic cat feeder! One of my top priorities was ensuring each of my cats had their own bowl, and this design works perfectly for that. The setup process was straightforward, and I had it up and running in no time. The food storage compartment is secure, giving me peace of mind that the food stays fresh and safe. I really appreciate that it has both a mains cable and a battery backup. Due to the layout of our kitchen, using the mains isn’t ideal, but the battery option works perfectly. I’ll be keeping an eye on battery life, but since the feeder requires minimal power, I’m hopeful they’ll last a reasonable amount of time. Portion control took a little trial and error to get just right, but we’ve now found the perfect settings for our cats’ needs. Overall, this feeder has been a fantastic addition to my home, making mealtimes much easier and more convenient for both me and my cats. Highly recommend!

Yeah, great product tbh - can set up to 6 times a day. Only thing Id say is that there is a standard "dose" and you just choose how many per feed - for my food that's about 9 grams, so you need to do a bit of calculating. Other than that, really easy to use - can set a noise for when it's about to go off & watch your cats run to get to it. Both of them are actually respecting eachothers food for once because they can't see eachothers from the other side of it, so I like the positioning of the food bowls. USB plug in, reasonably long lead. All in, a little expensive but has been worth it.

Easy to set up and control from the SmartLife app. Good sized food compartment which gives a few days of feed for multiple cats. Feels decent quality and sturdy, although I’m sure an enthusiastic cat could tip it over! Would recommend.

Great for my two cats - they have managed to choose a side each and mostly stick to it. My older cat was used to being fed via a single feeder that turned round so took her and the new cat a while to get used to but now they know the noise it’s great. No more 5am wake ups from the new cat!! Battery life has been good so far - been using it for a couple of months now and still going strong. The bowls are easy to clean and you can buy spares too which I have done. It’s fairly easy to clean and it’s pretty sturdy. It’s been moved around the house a few times now to try and find the optimal placement. Its functions are good. You can set a large number of dispensing but I currently only have 2 set up as they get their evening wet food from us manually.

On arrival, the feeder appeared solidly made and was easy to assemble. Warning no 1: don’t go to the App Store and download the ‘oneisall’ app (orange icon) - you need the ‘Smart Life’ app (blue icon). The best way to do this is to go via the QR code in the instruction leaflet. I spent some five hours over a couple of days trying to connect it to my home wi-fi without success. I’ve done this without problem with literally dozens of devices and as a former IT professional, I’m not without knowledge in this area. Eventually, I gave up and returned it - though as I liked the general design etc. of the machine, I ordered the manually programmed version to replace it and will report on that in due course.

I got this double feeder as I didn't want my 2 cats fighting over one bowl. So far I'm quite pleased with it, I didn't get the WiFi version as I thought it's a bit over the top, and the basic one does the job quite nicely. It was easy to assemble, the instructions were clear and comprehensive. You can program up to 6 feeding times per day and you can customise the amount each time. You can also record your voice (or some other sound) so when the feeder comes on it replays this a few times to alert the cat (We've recorded the word "food"). My cats keep trying to put their paws up the feeding tray to see if they can get to some food but it's shut really well so they couldn't hack it. They are quite greedy when it comes to food but so far they haven't knocked it over and they haven't managed to break it. Very happy with my purchase and it will come in handy when we are away!
