Excellent wellness product!

Very good product. Really helps reduce joint inflammation. Easy to swallow, however, has a bit of powdery residue on the capsules.

It's definitely helping me sleep better through the night. Though my favorite part of these vitamins is the vivid dream it gives me. That's the main reason I bought them again lmao. I take one around 7 and am in bed ready to sleep around 10. I wake up remembering weird dreams. 3 days in a row so far.
