Installation was easy and the new one is just fantastic. Cost a lot, but it is worth every cent because you don't have to worry about the every month payment. The functionality is so much better than the old version. Plus, having a product key of my very own means that if something happens, it will be so much easier to reinstall. However, if you have never used Office, it may take a little getting used to everything, but Office makes it easy as pie.

Microsoft's instructions were a little confusing - still wanting me to sign up for a subscription - but other than that it installed easily and works well as far as I can tell. (I've only used Word so far.)

Great to purchase a license good for many years! The installation is not an easy process if you’re not computer knowledgeable. Instructions are literally limited. If you’re trying to install on an Apple IMac good luck…not an easy process…confusing! Make sure you have a Microsoft account before you start 😉

So far work as promise. Easy installation

My needs are simple and I did not want to buy into an annual fee for Office 365. I had been using Office from 2010 so not having the latest and greatest was no big deal. The hardest part was entering the 25 digit product key code. Typical Microsoft, they kept pushing Office 365. I never saw the option for custom install so I ended up with all four apps. At first I could not figure out what to do on their web site. Clicked on the orders option and there it was. One click and off to the races. I am happy with my purchase.

Catch 22. Software comes with automatic updates selected. When you try to select any of the products you gate a note that any update is required but the products don't allow an update. They all required an UPGRADE which they want to charge for. USELESS piece of C&*$. The description on Amazon's site indicates this is the mini version of Office Home that include Word, Excel and
