"Semi soft" not there! These were extra hard. Good flavor, but hard on your teeth. Soaking didn't help.

BISCOTTI NOT FOR EVERYONE
Product was not very good. Seemed stale and the Figs used and the biscotti that contained Pices of figs both had horrible taste. Wife and I had one biscotti each -well really 2 bites each and threw rest in trash. Yes, we are older been using Amazon from beginning and this is a FIRST for us. Apologies for this review, I’m the company tried to make a good product, Thanks, NP
