Helps sleep
On my 2nd bottle started taking it as I wasn't getting much sleep was getting about 2 hours since taking this supplement I am now sleeping 6 hours took 3 weeks to take effect but well worth it.

Helped me with so many issues
Helps with sleep, nervousness, anxiety, muscle spasms, energy, feelings of general wellness. Does not irritate the stomach. Have tried multiple magnesium supplements and this one is far and away the best. I recommend it for everyone (esp to women in perimenopause). Magic product!

Very good
I really reckon this supplement and I like taking it in liquid form and not capsule. Lysosomal means it gets into the blood stream quicker. I can’t comment on pain relief but I sleep well on it !
