My five year old and my three-year-old grandsons completed, and they love it.

My grandchildren love to play Spot it, from age 3 to age 6. I adapt it for the younger ones. When they were learning how to play it, I gave them one card and asked if they could find the ____. After they proved they could do that easily with several cards, I gave them two at a time, and I named the animal, asking if they could find that animal on the other card. Eventually, they can find the matches by themselves, but it's not a timed competition. When just the older kids are playing and it's a fair game, then we play as a competition. When mixed ages are playing and the 3-year-olds find a match, we give them a big cheer and they feel great. Since they feel competent and encouraged, they're willing to take turns.

Love this game! Super easy to learn, even for my 4 year old. However, all my kiddos love this game ages 4-9. It comes in a cute little tin so can easily be used for travel. Nice quality cards too.

The animal cards are fun to spot. Some of the animals are not familiar to me. They are a smaller size than the originals. The grandkids had a blast.
