I received this machine in damaged condition. It arrived without the original packaging or an instruction manual, which was already concerning, there was just a note apologizing about the missing manual and packaging. I decided to give it a try anyway, but it didn’t work properly. The steam wand wouldn’t produce steam, and no water would come through the espresso dispenser, making it impossible to use.I returned the machine, but I still haven’t received my refund or any update about my return. I’m extremely upset and disappointed with both the condition of the product and the lack of communication regarding my refund. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller based on my experience.

This is the best espresso machine/maker I’ve ever owned! I bought it for Christmas and I use it every day! No more seven dollar Starbucks lattes for me! Get the syrups, whipped cream, caramel drizzle, or whatever you like in your latte, and it tastes even better because you can customize your latte to your exact liking. The milk steamer is also great! It takes a little bit of learning to figure out how to perfectly froth milk, but it only takes a little practice! I would recommend this espresso maker to anyone who doesn’t want to pay seven dollars for a latte every day! I’ve had the machine for about three months now and will update my review after six months of use if anything goes wrong with this machine but as of right now it’s running perfectly! Make sure you clean it regularly and let you know when it needs to be done which is also a plus! More than 6 months later this espresso machine is still going strong as long as you keep up on the descaling and take care of it l, it will last! I love my latte every morning ,still.
