These 100k pots are Single Linear Taper which are perfect for dimming Meanwell drivers for HLG LEDs. Simple and effective. I find at around 15-20% my 320w Meanwell driver will turn off any power to the LEDs but even for seedlings at 2 feet above the plants 30% dimmed is perfect! 100k are ideal for a single driver setup. Do your homework and select the right Ohms for your situation. White wire on the left pole, blue wire on the middle. Keep it simple!
