The light is on but nothing is happening ?

They are not great I have swam 250 lengths every day for over 50 years. I bought a Waterproof Sony Walkman ...superb.

Is this compatible with windows 10? (i have tried other mp3 players for swimming but couldn't transfer music to them as they were not compatible)
