The product arrived on time and in good condition. I have not used it yet but it appears to be of good quality and is a good value.

Love it and well made

I'd like to give it 4.8 stars. First off it's a good griddle. However the griddle has some type of non stick coating. It's not raw cast iron. I thought this at first glance then confirmed it when I tried to season it. I was skeptical about the toughness of this coating but thus far I'm pretty impressed as I've treated it as rough as a normal seasoned cast iron and it's been fine. The good news is that this coating seems to help with heat distribution so i've not experienced any hot or cold spots as with a seasoned cast iron. Please let people know! This should be in your information so that we all don't try and season this griddle!!! (minus .1 star) The only other issue is the grease waste hole is kinda small and doesn't allow enough grease out and can become easily clogged. (minus .1 star) Heats fast and evenly. Non stick is better than seasoned cast iron griddle surface. Fits Weber Craft kit perfectly. Half the price of Weber Craft. Not Much Wrong!

Works well! It is convenient to use and works great with the flat griddle top.

I did my due diligence and read through the reviews and I did see the review by Suzannah dated August 27, 2025. She also gave this product one star because it warped. I decided to try it out myself. The good news is that it is identical to the Weber part 7672 griddle accessory and it fits perfectly into my 3 burner Weber Spirit EP-325 Stealth. Sadly that's where the good news ends. Tonight when I was using it for the first time, I heated it up to about 480F at times. It was a little chilly outside where I was grilling and when I opened the lid, the temp would fall down into the 250s even with my burners going on high. Then while my chicken was on the griddle, there was a loud "POP" and the griddle warped with 2 opposite ends sticking up about and inch. I just ordered the original Weber griddle which in the description says it's "warp resistant" and can take up to 500F. I hope the OEM Weber doesn't warp, but this one definitely did.

This product was twice the price on the Weber site. My Genesis grill has stainless steel grills and I wanted the cast insert for a flat sear when cooking. This cast insert is great. It is exactly the same as the Weber site offers but is much cheaper. Totally worth the buy.

The description claims that the wire structure is made of stainless steel. If it is, it is a low grade magnetic SS and not 304. It will not have they longevity one would expect from a SS product.
