I used this in my Nespresso Creatista after it locked me out from using it (don't get me started) until I did a full descale. I ran out of the previous kind I was using so I purchased this based on good reviews and it worked perfectly; and I have plenty left for a future descaling. The built in measuring device is what sold me. No need to use a separate measuring cup. Just squeeze the container and it fills up, and you dump it into the water tank for the descaling. I used 3 of the containers to clean my machine, and it worked perfectly. No smell, no mess, I couldn't be happier. Price is great and I won't have to order more the next time my coffee machine locks me out.

I have a Ninja Coffee System, about a year or two old. I just think it just likes the attention. Always performed routine cleanings with vinegar, or CLR, or other coffee system descales in the coffee aisle. Usually see a very small amount of scale in a screen I use to check. The Ninja has an automated cleaning cycle which takes about (1) hour to run, plus a quick flush. So it is pretty thorough. Within 3-4 days (4-6 half pots of coffee), clean light comes back on. So, with regards to this product, yes I did see a very slight increase with small scale particles in screen. I brought (2) bottles at the end of February. Downed the first bottle already. This past week, with two much time on my hands, I ran multiple back to back cleanings with doubled concentration. No increase with scale particles. Last two where clear. (4) days later clean light is on again. So. yes this appears to work. But my princess Ninja appears to be overly sensitive and needs my attention. I would recommend. It is worth a try. Just understand, Ninja is finicky.

My Keaurig was taking too loooooong to brew a 10oz cup of coffe and sometimes it would only dispense a portion of it. After reading the reviews on this and other descaling products iI chose this one because i only had to use 2 oz of the product when the Original Keurig brand suggests I use the whole bottle. That was $10 for one use!!! .This product cost $15 but it can be used 8 times (that’s about $2 per use) I decided to use three oz because my Keurig was very clogged up. The ease of use is incredible. It has its own built in measuring cup. You squeeze the bottle until it fills up and then you pour it into the tank. For some reason my Keurig wasn’t working properly using the hot water only option , so I decided to insert a used KCup so it would dispense 10 oz . I was half way thru the tank and I could see the difference already by the time I started running the second tank of water only it was clompletely unclogged. Love this product will purchase again.

I'll admit, the first time I used this I thought it didnt work for beans. No impressive "scales" came out of my Ninja Coffee Bar, the flavor didnt really change, the "clean light" came back on after a day or two. I decided to give it a second chance, and this time I decided to give my Ninja a thorough cleaning. I started by taking the brew basket apart (down to the springs) and get into every crevice with a q tip. Next I scrubbed the underside of where the water comes out (slide the brew basket out first). Lastly, I ran a cycle of this descaler. I cannot emphasize enough that you need to read manufacturer's instructions (on basically everything you use in your life). This calls for 2 oz of the descaler into the water basket (not just 1 oz). And then you have to hit the clean button on your ninja. And then you have to do a flush by hitting the clean button again with fresh water in the water basket. The result of thoroughly cleaning my coffee maker? Wayyyy more scales this time! This descaler is hands down the best, I'll definitely continue to buy it!

I normally don't write reviews, but this product has inspired me. I have a Ninja Coffee Bar machine that I absolutely love. The coffee it makes can't be beat. But, as anyone who also owns the Ninja knows, they are extremely sensitive to scale buildup and can require frequent cleaning in areas with hard water. I live in Florida and even with a water softener I found myself having to more frequently clean my Ninja, down to the point where after multiple cleanings with Brew Rite and Vinegar I could only brew one pot before the cleaning light came on and I was unable to make any more coffee without additional cleanings. I was about to shelve the Ninja and go with a maker that was less sensitive, when I decided based on reviews to give Hale Fresh a shot. The results were amazing. After one cleaning, the clean light is off and I have made several pots with the Ninja with great success. This product is a must have for anyone who owns and enjoys the Ninja Coffee Bar. By far beats any of the other products I've tried, and I have tried several.

We have a Keurig which receives heavy use, although there are only two of us in the household, we find the "Descale" indicator illuminated more than I would imagine. The Keurig HOT Cleaner did an adequate job, but is very expensive per use. Since we often shop on Amazon, we read the reviews and decided to try this product. The cleaner does an excellent job at removing the scale from our machine and leaving it clean and taste and odor free. It is easy to measure and dispense with the pre-measure chamber and lasts a nice long time for the cost. Additionally, I had grouted tile in my kitchen and I forgot to take my wedding/engagement ring set off. They were coated in grout. I feared they were damaged forever. I decided to try to place my rings in a small container filled with this solution. It loosened and dissolved the grout caked in my rings and left them sparkling and shiny like new. I recommend this product and we'll definitely keep using it in the future.

First, read the earlier reviews for this product. As many have said I found that this product works but the cleaning process does not get you back to the performance you had when new. The period of time between cleanings is only a week or two, not the months one would hope for. We do make an average of three pots per day but we use filtered water so I would expect far more than a couple weeks without the "Clean" light coming on after running a cycle. I've event tried running two cycles back-to-back and that doesn't help. I do like that this product has no objectionable odor and doesn't leave a bad taste.
