Do not choose these shoes
Terrible shoes! They strip the socks right off your feet in less than 5 minutes. I have never had this issue with any other steel toe shoes. Not sure if it’s the angle that your foot sits because of the heel or something on the inside of the shoe. I thought I was crazy but when I wore them to work and my officemate saw them and blurted out “those shoes are the worst”. she told me She had the same problem and ended up throwing them away. I have a hard time doing that because they were so expensive. So they just sit in my closet collecting dust. Save yourself some aggravation and Buy a different pair of shoes.

Fits a tiny bit small, but very comfortable. Have lasted a long time.
I bought a half a size up, as that was recommended in some of the other reviews and I have kind of wide feet. They fit nicely. I like them because they don't look like the traditional steel toe tennis shoe or boot. I wish they were just a little higher at the ankle, but I suspect other people might like that. I work in an office, and they go well with my slacks, but look really good with jeans too.I have had my pair for two and a half years now. I love them. I only had one day where they hurt because I walked in them for 10 hours. But after that they seemed broken in. This last year, I noticed they are better if I wear thicker socks with them, but I haven't had to put an insole in them. I use them almost everyday, and after two years there is a lot of scuffing on the toes, but I could clean it up easily with some shoe polish, I think. I will buy this shoe again.

Order 1/2 Size LARGER, and order the C/D WIDE...especially if you normally wear flats, sandals, or go barefoot a lot
I normally wear a Women's 71/2-regular width. Because I usually go bare-foot & wear flip-flop style sandals 99% of the time...my feet have, more than likely, widened...so I'm finding that I need more width...depending on the shoe. I have never bought shoes online before, but I read that with steel-toed shoes...one should go 1/2 size larger. With further online searches regarding wide C/D shoes, I learned that the C/D size adds only 1/8" more. So, I ordered these shoes in size 8 wide C/D....and they ARE A PERFECT FIT for a normal 71/2 sized wearer - even with 100% cotton socks.Everybody has one foot that is just slightly longer than the other....that's normal. So, if one shoe feel a little bit loose--don't stress. It's NOT the shoe...it's your foot!TIP: add 1-2" VELCRO to the heel part of the shoe that feels loose. Make sure to place it halfway in between the bottom sole & top of the heel area. Velcro has both a "soft" and a "small loopy" side. I'd start with attaching the soft side to the inside first to see if that 1/8" extra padding is enough. If not...attach the 2nd half, and either leave the paper on the "sticky" end, and/or cover it with black electrical tape or masking tape so the sticky side doesn't attach to your socks.

Skip the Cat boots and get these
I wish I had bought these years ago. I work in an office but go in and out of the shop all day. These are great for just that purpose. I wouldn't buy them for all day on your feet but they are much nicer looking than most steel toes for women. They are comfortable with a slightly narrow toe box. I've even worn them outside of work because I like them so much. Get a good leather cleaner and polish as they do scuff and mark easily on the toe.

Great quality and support... neither M or W size worked well for me
These steel toe clogs are very well made and have great support! Unfortunately the 7.5W was too wide (my foot didn't feel secure in the heel area), so I returned those and after wearing the 7.5M for a few weeks, I realized they were too small after a long day on my feet (they hurt to the point where I had no choice but to take them off). It was too late for me to return them, so I'm trying to break them in slower (less hours a day) and hope they might loosen up a little. I'm not too confident this will work since they are steel toes.

Very Tight to put on
I have had these shoes for over 3 years now. I wear them almost every day. When I first got them they were really tight. I had to use a shoehorn to get them on and they made my toes go numb. I ordered them a half size larger than I normally wear and they were still too small. I thought they would "break in" in a couple weeks but it took months. They are super comfortable now 3 years later but almost worn out. They give me excellent support and my back feels it when I wear my other steel toes. I highly recommend these shoes but buy a full size bigger.

Long lasting, great shoe!
I've had these shoes for over three years and they're still going strong, just a couple of scuffs where a slammed my foot into something. Love the steel toes! The sole gives a good grip even on slippery and wet surfaces. I like that I can quickly slip them on to run out for something and get them off easily when coming in with mud (or finding the unfortunate hidden poo), but they don't slide off my narrow heeled foot like most clogs when I walk. I do wear socks which helps. They haven't split, cracked, or come apart and the heels haven't worn down much which is something considering how much I wear them (practically everyday, walking all over town and doing yardwork). They don't seem to hold onto mud either, so you don't get a big clod of dirt attached to you too often. I would buy these again.

Great shoes, but they do run narrow
I had to return them (very easy to do!), they were too narrow. I am a size 5.5 but usually just get a regular 6, they were way too narrow. I ordered the new ones in a 6 wide which for these shoes should be perfect. I loved them so much that I ordered both colors in wide width and am very excited to get them. These are by far the best looking steel toe shoes I have ever seen. I am required to wear steel toes at work but also need to dress nice and my shoe options make dressing very difficult. The quality of the shoes are really good too!
