I’m trying to kick a cannabis habit and, after tapering didn’t work as well as I hoped (because if there is weed in my house I will smoke it), decided to go cold turkey. I was surprised to find that my biggest hurtle was not physical withdrawal symptoms (which come and go in waves) but how mentally preoccupied, bored, and restless I was once smoking wasn’t an option. The evenings are hardest, because the only thing I want to do is go outside, sit down, put my music on, and smoke a joint.I had low expectations for this, because it is a tube with essential oils in it. It is basically flavored air. So, I was genuinely surprised by how well this worked to satisfy my cravings. It looks exactly like a vape. I love the design, because it feels like I could whip this out at a party and blend right in, like getting a seltzer with a slice of lime at a bar so no one bothers you about not drinking. I’ve been a stoner for a long time, and I don’t want my quitting to be remarked upon. I also just like having an excuse to go outside for “smoke” breaks. This not-a-vape is stylish, discreet, and knowing I can take this with me when I go out with friends really eases my anxiety about having to talk to people about not smoking.When my cravings are at their worst, actually having sensory feedback is a BIG help. I got the menthol flavor, and I was surprised by how RELAXED I felt after a couple hits. The weirdest part is that there is no vapor when you exhale. You taste it, you feel it in your lungs, but it is just flavored air. Now, I’m guessing prolonged use of these things isn’t great for you. Directly inhaling essential oils all the time will probably irritate your lungs. But you know what’s worse for your lungs? Inhaling super-heated mystery chemicals that get you high. For me, at least, the ACT of smoking gave me permission to rest. This tube of flavored air works amazingly as a placebo, giving me enough of the familiar motions and senses that I relax.If you’re struggling to kick a smoking/vaping habit, I’d definitely give this a try.

I would give this two stars if it was cheaper, but I just wasted 15 bucks. There is no sensation of air being pulled through this for some reason, just a very light taste of mint which I assume will fade, especially if you don't go to the trouble of putting it back in the tube and putting the stopper on every time. I expected this to be more hollow with openings on both ends--it does make a little sound, but it is more like you hold a ball point pen up to your mouth. Using a straw would be more satisfying--I actually tried this and feel that it is true. This might work for some people--but you could probably find something around your house for free or even a straw that would be better. Not worth it. Way to expensive for what it is. I hoped that the more positive reviews would prove to be correct, but, alas, I find it hard to believe that people would want to keep spending 15 bucks for something like this. If it at least had a more comfortable mouth piece maybe it would be better, but for what you get from this--take an unlit cigarette and pretend like you are smoking it, or any kind of straw or tube like object you have, a pen with the ink container removed.

Oil leaked in the package. Wasn't much "flavor," probably due to leakage. Wasn't very helpful for quitting.

I knew exactly what I was getting, I didn't feel misled at all. It is exactly what it says it is, but still only a 3 star product on a good day. Its pretty much a straw. Go to a fast food place, get a straw, and that's it. It will give you the hand to mouth fixation, it will slightly constrict your ability to breathe in. If that's what you are looking for, but you want an official device type thing, with a name brand and a mild flavor, then this is what you want.

Very interesting product but not the longest lasting. Solid for working on breathing exercises after quitting smoking and just if you need something more to fidget with. The flavors were solid and not overbearing. Its nice to be able to “smoke” these in areas you wouldn’t be able to. Would recommend if you meed something to quell the need to be doing something with your hands if vaping isn’t for you.

This is the WORST non nicotine vape that I have ever purchased. If you are trying to quit smoking I suggest not buying one off Amazon, but go to a smoke shop and they have 0 nicotine vapes available. They are a little bit more expensive than this one but after shipping it is basically the same price. After taxes I paid $22.00 for this device but at the smoke shop I paid $25.00 for the 0 nicotine vape. They have a lot of different flavors and honestly you can’t tell it’s 0 nicotine. I honestly think that anyone looking to stop smoking look at your local smoke shop and DONT BUY THIS!!!

This product definitely helped me quit smoking. I officially quit feb 28, we’re now mid-June and I still keep one on hand just in case the urge hits.It’s the size of a cigarette (heavier, but you get used to it), and you can feel the air in your throat. So that definitely helps when you’re having cravings. Sometimes I just hold it between my fingers when I’m driving and don’t even “smoke” it.The reviews say the taste doesn’t last long and I didn’t think that was true in my experience. It lasts about a month for me, which isn’t bad for the cost. Better than the cost of a month of cigarettes.Personally I’m glad the reviews didn’t discourage me from buying because I swear by this stuff. Peppermint Mocha is the flavor I use.

Helped me quit nicotine! These are not ‘strong’ per se but they took the edge off for me. Wintermint and Menthol are my favourite so far. So happy with these

I gave smoking last year, but do miss smoking. I had always hated the smell and taste of smoking, but every time I hit a bump in my life I would start smoking again. I quit by using an quit smoking inhaler which had nicotine in it, but wanted to stop using them. This has a fresh taste, but has the benefit of being able to inhale like you do on a cigarette. I will be buying again if needed

Not good at all. Useless and wasted money. No air just a taste that u can get from a mint one star added only because I can't submit without touching a star.

Its actually not bad for what it is. I wish it came with a soft mouthpiece. I added one from a similar production and made the experience much better. Flavor is pretty awful. I might buy again in a different flavor, as the overall concept id give 4 stars. But knocked it down to 3 due to the terrible flavor.
