I bought the Amazon Kindle Paperwhite as a birthday gift for my husband, and it was such a good choice. He loves reading, so I wanted to get him something he’d genuinely use rather than just another gadget - and this has been perfect. He started using it almost straight away and appreciated the features and book selection available. The screen is really impressive. It’s clear, easy on the eyes, and the glare-free display makes it feel much more like reading an actual book than looking at a tablet. He especially likes that he can read comfortably in different lighting without any issues and can read at night and not wake me up if I'm sleeping! It’s also really lightweight and easy to carry around, so he takes it everywhere. The battery life has been excellent too, which is a big plus as it doesn’t constantly need charging. What I like most is that it feels like a gift that’s actually enhanced something he already enjoys. Instead of buying more physical books to pile up around the house, he now has everything in one place and loves how convenient it is. A really thoughtful gift that’s been genuinely appreciated and well used. If you’re buying for someone who loves books, this is a brilliant option.

I had the 2022 Kindle scribe. I decided to trade in for this as I was finding the scribe way too big and difficult to hold. I'd go on holiday and could barely fit in in my carry on bag. I realised after getting the kindle paper white that the size of the scribe also meant I was not reading as much as the massive wall of text on the bigger screen was overwhelming to me. When the paper white arrived I was shocked how small it is, but it's amazing! I can easily hold it, I'm reading more because the size of the screen is not overwhelming. It's also really light compared to the scribe. It's a lovely colour too. Really happy I swapped even though technically I'm down grading.

Wonderful Kindle. You do not have to physically bookmark it, just close the case, bought as an extra. Then using it again just open the case. It wakes up as you left it. I bought it in January and have only charged it twice. Still halfway through second charge. It does what the other Kindles do, change font and size etc. Connects to internet. Maybe a bit pricey but I think it is worth and wouldn't be without it. So handy for holidays or sitting on a train. No bulky books.

Only had for a couple of days so can't say too much at the mo. Only niggle I have is I was told I could set it up with just my mobile data, wrong!!! You WILL require access to WiFi to setup your kindle. As a newbie to modern technology I'm still learning, but if you do have WiFi it is quick and easy to setup, having kindle app and account also essential. Looking forward to seeing how I get on with it, I hope I end up loving it as much as other reviewers do, as it was quite an expensive item.

How did I manage without this device. I previously used my iPad kindle, but found it bulky to take away. This magic machine does all the right things, small enough to fit in your handbag, but big enough to accommodate your kindle library. The ability to read in the dark is amazing. I could go on, but must get ready for Church.

Great device. This is a replacement for my old Paperwhite . Along with the discount and credit towards more e books I was mightily impressed. The device is thin, very comfortable to hold, and easy to navigate. I thoroughly enjoyed playing around to familiarise myself with the functions. Delighted with my purchase.

Excellent product. Bought one for my wife and another for myself to replace my old one. So easy to use and adjust things like font size. They are great to read even in bright sunlight and with the covers we bought are great for travel. very good product.

Działa, dobrze się czuta

Un mois que je l’ai reçue et j’arrête pas de lire dessus ! Je redoutais de passer du papier à la liseuse mais le passage est assez naturel. Très intuitif à prendre en main avec tous les réglages essentiels. La batterie tient vraiment super bien, j’ai lu plus de 1500 pages et la batterie est à 40%. Super pratique de pouvoir retrouver où on en est de sa lecture sur l’application mobile et très simple de charger des nouveaux livres. La bibliothèque gagnerait à être un peu mieux organisée.

Ist um einiges schneller beim umblättern, als das 13 Jahr altes Paperwhite. Allerdings hätte ich es Kunden freundlicher von Amazon empfunden wenn nicht von heute auf morgen die Unterstützung für das alte eingestellt worden wäre. Ansonsten leichter, besser ablesbar und die Einstellungen auf "orangene Schrift " ist sehr angenehm auch für Partner die schon schlafen wollen, Licht stört nicht.

Il Kindle è semplicemente fantastico e, davvero, tutti dovrebbero averlo in casa. È leggerissimo ma con schermo ampio, dal design essenziale e piacevole anche nella sua linea minimal. Si usa ovunque: al sole, dove il display rimane perfettamente leggibile, e al buio, regolando la luminosità integrata. È comodo, immediato e sostituisce senza problemi le librerie piene di libri che spesso restano lì, mai aperti. Con l’abbonamento Kindle (circa 10 € al mese, forse un po’ alto), si ha accesso a una selezione molto vasta di libri gratuiti da leggere in qualsiasi momento. Un dispositivo semplice ma rivoluzionario per chiunque ami leggere.
