Diese Latzugstange hat mein Rückentraining nahe zu perfektioniert, einer der größten Vorteile ist das man keine umständlichen Zughilfen braucht. Was jedoch das beste ist das man verschiedene Griff-Techniken anwenden kann mit ein und der selben "Stange" Beim sitzenden rudern macht die Stange die gleiche überragende Performancen.
