I bought this a week ago and have used it around 4 times and I'm in love with it. When I stated off in permanent makeup I bought a nouveau contour and then a Cheyenne hawk. Both of those machines cost way more than this. I was persuaded to try this one because I saw someone in Australia using this device with awesome results. Honestly I'm in love with it and wish I had started off with a device like this. The ink goes in so much smoother with this. It's a little lighter than I'm used to using but I can adjust. It was packaged like some apple device which I loved too. I'm looking forward to looking at a few retouches to see how the ink held. That's where true proof is. Ok.....Ive now had the machine a little over a month and have performed over 30 procedures with the product. I've noticed that the motor speed has decreased greatly and it now takes a little longer for the ink to go in. I ordered another machine because I was so impressed with the results I was getting. It's still a good product for the price but the way the motor has drcreased in speed and the numbers of procedures I am performing I think this machine will only last a few months until I will need a new one. After I left a positive review they went up 20 dollars on the needles for this machine.
