Brought this ice cream freezer to sell ice cream out of. Now I am using it for frozen food as well

Did not last four months before failing. Customer support is appalling, just email after email to send photographs showing it not freezing. I would not purchase from this company.

extremely difficult to get the correct temperature. either too hard to scoop or too soft to a point it’s about to start melting. no setting in between.

This is not designed for home use in any way! It is very noisy and can be heard from other rooms in the house. We purchased for a snack area going into our home theater room. We have under an counter fridge and freezer along with this unit and this unit is 3 times nosier than the other two put together. Won't sit level and very most importantly this unit cannot keep a lot of product cold enough. Baskets can only be filled to about half as well with the storage underneath the baskets can only be loaded to about a third. Simply put it is noisy, won't sit level and will not keep product cold if filled above half capacity. Cheaply made! Priced as a commercial freezer but quality and performance isn't there.
