And I've only been taking it at half and glp-1 probiotic really work. I'm beyond impressed. GLP-1 only works if taken consistently. I take glp-1 activate in the afternoon/right around noon. In the morning I take two glp capsules. It has helped me be able to get to fasting from 8 and 16 to 12 and 12 and now I'm at 18 and 6. Really helpful. Tiny little capsule but wow. And like I said I only take two glp-1 capsules per day. It's just an extra push me off food. I don't have any shakiness or side effects, even taking it later in the day. I'm not sure what or how it's doing but glp-1 has kind of removed my obsessive thinking about food or my next meal. So be patient and consistent. I recommend it in the way afternoon and with something to keep your blood sugar stable in the morning if you struggle with that. Unless your eating/fasting schedule is different then obviously tailor it to the others you'll be awake! 10 out of 10!

As someone who works from home, I used to find myself mindlessly snacking throughout the day. Also very easy to swallow and with the results it’s so easy to remember to take. I didn't feel any uncomfortable, so this glp1 didn't have negative reaction. Highly recommendation.

About me: Not an easy woman to please AND I've researched glp-1 extensively so I had high hopes. It did not disappoint. I have been combining it with reduce snack& I'm so glad I took this glp-1. It completley cancels out the ""Food noise"" that I've been experiencing lately but glp-1 does so without any negative side effects. It's also completley wiped out the sometimes intense sugar rollercoaster I found myself riding every few days. All these positive affects of glp-1 probiotic are becoming cumulative about 2 weeks in, which is why I'm writing this for glp activate. I feel very much in control of my day, clean, refreshed, and very, very grateful.

Please save your money. This stuff actually made me hungrier about 30-40 minutes after taking it. Tried a couple different times and same thing. I contemplated trying it but ended up trying it. Please save your money!
