But for the price, I said, what the heck! Got the part in, and starting taking off the transmission pan from my son's car. I cleaned off the original, and set them side by side, and measured the outlet tube, and they are exactly the same height. Minus a few details of the inner metals, it is the same size filter. This product bolted right into place! I wiped down any excess transmission oil that had dropped, and bolted everything back into place, using the new rubber gasket as well. I rate this product a 5 star, it's a great value for the money!
