Our offices recently upgraded to the economical BUNN VPR-2GD 12-Cup Pourover Commercial Coffee Brewers, and the difference is night and day. Gone are the days of waiting forever for a pot of coffee to brew. With this machine, our mornings are now supercharged! The coffee brews quickly and tastes fantastic every time, which is essential for our team of heavy coffee drinkers. The design is sleek and professional, seamlessly fitting into our office aesthetics. Maintenance is straightforward, ensuring that the machine remains in tip-top condition for long-lasting use. I've also noticed that the coffee remains consistently hot without a burnt taste, something we struggled with in our old machine. For any business or setting that needs a reliable and high-performing coffee machine, I can't recommend the BUNN VPR-2GD enough. It's a game-changer. Yes, it’s a little big, but it brews a pot of coffee in very little time, the coffee is hot and tastes way better than our regular home coffee maker. Follow the instructions when you get it and let-r-rip. We have people stop in frequently so it’s great to be able to have some coffee for them. Super easy to use and we are using the same amount of coffee we were using in our Mr. Coffee machine, 6 tablespoons of coffee grounds for 12 cups of coffee. Not to mention, if you want to make tea, just clean out the coffee grounds basket and throw it back in it’s place, put a pot under it and dump some water in, half a pot is plenty for a couple cups of hot water really fast for tea. We put away the old coffee maker and the tea pot and just use this now.

I had an older office coffee maker, bought at a yard sale. Made coffee FAST! I got used to that very quickly. When it died I needed a replacement. I wasn't used to waiting for... ev... er for a pot of coffee. This brews a pot in about three minutes. I grind my own and know more coffee is needed because of the fast brew. It makes a great cup of coffee. It did get LOUD after a while. I just poured about two cups of white vinegar in a carafe and the rest filled with water and brewed through a filter to catch anything. Then made about 5 pots of hot water. Since it takes such a short time to brew a pot, it wasn't a horrible experience. I have used the long spring cleaner thingy and that gets HOT! I like the extra warmer, but haven't used it much (except at the holidays, when it was wonderful). I have moved to a much smaller place but this big coffee maker had to come too. Makes coffee daily and plenty of hot water for any other needs. I like the extra decanter, as the coffee starts brewing as soon as the water is poured. Well worth the $$$

We got this for a small office (20 people) with a caffeine addiction. This is actually an impressive machine. Ours came slightly damaged in shipping, but nothing a hammer couldn’t straighten back out. The setup is pretty darn simple because there’s not a million pieces and knobs. You fill the tank with another pitcher of water when you want more coffee. For some people in my office – that took a little getting used to as more than one office member has made a HUGE mess pouring water into the tank without having a pitcher in the bottom part. The operation really couldn’t be more simple though. Turn on the warmers if you want, or don’t, but making a pot of coffee is as easy as putting coffee in the filter, and running a pot of coffee through. We live in a high-altitude environment, and had to figure out how to adjust the thermostat so that the water gets the right temperature, which was easy except that it would have been very nice to have a little gauge to make sure we got it to the right temperature. We did a lot of trial and error trying to find the right temperature, but once we got there – it was easy. Everyone is satisfied with the coffee and this thing is being used a lot now. So overall, we think it’s a great workhorse. If I had a comment I would say it’s almost too simple. But if you’re just looking for a traditional coffee maker for a bunch of people – this is just fine.

Yes, these Bunn coffee brewers are wonderful. The last one I had lasted 20 years. So despite the price, we went ahead and got another one and it's fab.

This is by far the worst coffee pot we've ever had. The amount you pour into it is never what comes out. Sometimes we have to put 3 pots of water in just to get one pot of coffee. And then the coffee isn't even hot when it comes out. It randomly heats up and spews water all over our counter, so we have to constantly clean it up. It drips non stop, so we have to always have something underneath it when the coffee pots are being cleaned, otherwise it floods the counter top. It burns the coffee into the glass if it sits for longer than 2 hours and it smells disgusting. It's awful. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Our $20 Mr. Coffee was better than this waste of counter space. Highly NOT recommend, and truly disappointed for the amount of money we paid for it to be such a pain in the tush.

We purchased this unit for our church, as we needed to quickly make coffee for events and meetings. As is usual for commercial Bunn coffee makers, this makes a pot of coffee in about 3 minutes. This one does not have plumbed water lines, so you must fill the receptacle from the top. CAUTION: Make sure you have a carafe under the drip housing because there is no ON switch. So as soon as you pour in the water, the coffee starts making immediately. The lighted switches you see only control the burners. Also, there is not automatic OFF feature either. You must manually turn off the burners or unplug the unit. I do recommend buying a curved pot cleaning brush to clean the carafes. Someone forgot to turn off one of the burners one day and by that evening we had a burnt mess. If we had not ordered the special brush, cleaning the burned on mess would have been very difficult. You may also want to consider keeping a pitcher nearby for pouring in water, so you don't have to tie up your carafes. Overall, it works great and makes a consistently good cup of coffee.

Ok so I dislike when people give a product less than 5 stars and in their review, they tell you the item is perfect BUT they give some crazy reason for giving it less than 5 stars that has nothing to do with what they received. Like "it's perfect but it came a day later than they said it would so 3 stars". Or, "the item is exactly as stated but it's too shiny...2 stars", or "there's nothing wrong with the product but my friend told me she saw one for 5 cents cheaper somewhere else so I'm deducting a star". What?! Anyway, sorry for making you read that just to tell you the Bunn coffee maker works perfectly and brews tasty coffee...it's just REALLY loud. Crazy loud. If we're watching TV and it runs its heating cycle, we can no longer hear what's on TV. So 5 stars for it being exactly what it should be but we're probably going to replace it with something quieter and donate it to someone or some restaurant.

Hago está reseña por si alguien más como yo duda si comprar o no está cafetera. Vivo en la Ciudad de México 🇲🇽, compré la cafetera el martes pese a los malos comentarios y calificaciones. La cafetera llegó el sábado en perfecto estado. Los comentarios malos que leí hablan sobre que derrama agua (no venir sellada) y mal funcionamiento. En mi caso cuando hice la primer carga de café el agua del tanque empezó a hervir muy fuerte y a derramarse por la parte superior. Después de esto recordé que en el manual hay una leyenda sobre la altitud de las ciudades y que revisen el manual de servicio (no incluido, hay que googlearlo), en donde te dicen que al remover la tapa superior hay un termostato que se necesita regular hacia abajo. Y ho solución. En conclusión, gran producto pero falta de información. Saludos.

We love this bunn machine. We both drink coffee and tea so we make a pot of each and ready to go all day. Love it! works great!
