Not quite premium, but....
For the price they're a pretty decent buy. I'm using them as floor protection around a commode. For use in the bed I have some much softer ones, which cost considerably more. I'm sure they'd be OK under a soft draw sheet, and would certainly protect the mattress, but I don't think they're quite good enough for patient to lie on directly.

Incontinence pads
I bought these for my small elderly dog(17) as she has been having small accidents in the house. I have to say that the mats soak through very quickly and my wooden floors are wet when I lift them. I wouldn’t recommend.
