Good cup, nice design, effective leak proof system on the lid, dishwasher safe, only gripe is the capacity is less than stated which was disappointing for an otherwise great product that keeps drinks both hot or cold all day 👍

Seals Constantly Fall out
The o-ring seals on the screw top lid and on the flip top lid are not fit for purpose. These constantly fall out. This is a manufacturing issue that needs rectifying. Not very good when you have fluids inside the flask that leak out. Would not recommend this product because of this issue.

I have had a lot of thermal mugs over the years but this one is probably my best and favourite to date, It will keep your hot drinks molten for a very long time, although i haven't used it for cool drinks yet I'm sure it would also keep them cool for a long time also

Keeps drinks hot but sadly now broken
Love the look of this product and bought it for my husband for Christmas. However, it has already broken around the seal leaving it pretty unusable. It definitely does keep drinks hot, even for most of the day!

I love everything about this cup. The slim design is easy to hold and fits my Jeep’s cup holder. It is completely leakproof. Plus the mouthpiece is covered when the top is closed. Oh, and it keeps my drinks hot for HOURS. I would definitely buy again.

3rd time using it and it leaked all over my bag! It was closed and locked but leaked out the side of the lid even while closed!! Be wary if you’re looking for something leak proof!
