It's very light (won't make your bag heavy), bendy, super useful because you can use it for different set-ups.

Not a bad product it kind of works on the plane but better as a compact stand for day to day use and has become a main stay on my desk, general quality is very good and it easy to shape in the way you need and then allows you to flatten it for easy storage or transportation, this will be coming every where with me

For such a simple piece of technology, it works really effectively. It’s slim and lightweight, and it can help in a variety of situations. And it’s pretty stable when it’s all set up, would recommend to anyone who does a lot of travel (especially planes)

Ok so what this product is a thin sheet of aluminium with some thin foam glued to either side of it. Does it work? Absolutely. Will it last? Not a chance. Just testing it out at home the first bend showed the foam starting to come away from the metal, and we all know what happens when you repeatedly bend metal. It's going to snap after a handful of uses. I'm glad I bought it because theres nothing else similar available, but a bit disapointed with the actual quality of the product vs the marketing for it. The very ugly branding all over it was alredy peeling off when I took it out of the packaging and as soon as it bends it just flakes off. As long as you set your expectations and understand this is good for maybe 3 flights maximum, and is just a thin bit of metal and some foam then go for it.

Whenever I am on a flight either with my partner or by myself, I always struggle to hold my phone when watching movies. This is the ultimate fix to saving yourself from an achy wrist or awkwardly propping up your phone. The design allows for the flush flap to be folded so that it can hand out of the tray when folded up. This allows movies to be watched whilst taking off and landing without the tray being down. Also, it can be folded to act as a stand so that whilst you are in flight with the tray down it can be placed on the tray. I have been on 6 flights with this so far and it hasn’t failed me yet. I almost feel smug getting this out whilst watching people around trying to find ways to hold their phone or prop it up. Highly recommended!

Didn't fit into the gap between tray table and seat on Air Canada, only strong enough for a phone when supported on a table (not hanging like in the images). Stable enough for a phone but not great with either a kindle or iPad, images are misleading. Once used the shape doesn't go perfectly flat again, but doesn't take up much room depth or weight wise in hand luggage. Portable charging stand gave better viewing angle and stability so didn't use this for return leg of trip. Would have returned it if still had option to.

Works brilliantly on any flight or bus journey. Made everyone else jealous giving me hands free viewing on the go. Solid device and held my phone without worry, good strong spring and held sold all journey

I am so glad that I bought this. Space on planes is difficult to come by, and I crochet & knit to fill time on flights. Add to it that while I am not considered medically obese, I still have a tummy which takes up space and makes the fold down trays uncomfortable. And a beyond-average, well-endowed chest which takes up far too much room. Which is where this handy item comes in! With this, I did not have to have my tray table down to work on my fiber arts. It was easy to bend into shape, hang in the holder and set my phablet (giant phone with a stylus) in place so I could read my pattern(s). Having it suspended gave me more room on the plane for my hands and arms to move. My family did not have to worry about my elbows jabbing into them at all. The Flight Flat seems very sturdy too. It didn't budge or sag at all on any of my flights, then bent back into shape easily (not perfectly, but close enough to make it fantastic for slipping into my project bag, day pack and purse). I did not have a reason to try my 16", drawing tablet on it, but I think this one would be a bit small for it. Smaller tablets and ipads I think would work well though. Aside from on planes, I found this was great for at hotels and when I went for solo meals to escape my family. Beds, tables, bedside tables. Pretty much anything I tried it on, the flight flap was stable. I think it works great and is worth the cost. This is definitely something I would recommend for people who travel a lot and will end up buying more if my family keeps traveling this much.
