I use it as a knee support whenever I hit my knees to the edges, or something just doesn't feel right. To be fair, I rarely need it, but I am more relaxed once I find it again :D I am 6.2 tall, and I guess because of my height and body type, I have the right pressure/support on my knee when needed. It makes life less painful for me. :)

I purchased this compression sleeve due to an outer thigh injury. My thigh is 25inches and the large fits well. Easy to use, just pull on. Helps a little with the pain, but was cheap so wasn't expecting a lot when you can get others for 3 times as much. Quality is still decent though. It is helping to support the area however, the main issue with it is the top starts to roll down and doesn't stay in place. Could be better if there was a way to stop that from happening.

I like everything about this item, except that I found a small-medium size was too small for my thigh, despite be being petite. However, I have been wearing it as a successful knee support, and am impressed stretchiness and the breathability of the fabric it is made from, makes for comfort. I wear it under thick leggings, and it's snug fit does not show under my leggings. I would highly recommend this item, but would recommend buying a larger size.
