Good for diabetics
Noticed within a couple of days my readings improved in the mornings which set me up for the rest of the day. So good sugar content. Taste was good quite a strong cinnamon taste which I did not mind. Texture nice a crunchy. Good value. Cannot wait to try other flavours.

Very cinnamon, lots of protein. Couldn't eat 2 bowls on the trot though.

Not for me sadly
Artificially sweet and unnatural taste and left horrid taste in my mouth. Ill stick to my yogurt and seeds and berries thank you very much. Shame though as I thought it could be a treat breakfast once a week as very expensive. Not to be.
