New Transmission in a Bottle!
I have a 2010 Nissan Rogue with 126,000 miles on it. The CVT transmission was prone to failure and that's exactly what happened. When taking off from a stop, the car would only inch forward a few miles an hour which made it too dangerous to drive. As a last ditch effort I bought a bottle and expected it not to work. I noticed a difference immediately and within 50 miles the transmission was working perfectly again.

Helps, but did not stop leak entirely
I used this in a 2006 Murano that had a slight transmission seal leak - enough that you would periodically smell it because the drip lands right on the exhaust, but so slight that over 1000 miles of driving, you won't notice a drop on the transmission dip stick. I'll say at the outset that I never expect these "snake oil" solutions to work. But for a slight seal leak, I thought it might work because it has some seal sweller in it and the problem isn't severe. I put in 20% of the bottle, monitored the leak for 200 miles, then added 20% more, and drove for 200 miles, and so on. I wanted to use only as much as absolutely necessary. After the first 20%, the leak definitely slowed. But now, after adding 80% of the bottle, that reduced leak is still there, and I doubt it will ever go completely away. It did NOT have any ill effects on my transmission. I did not suffer any of the horror stories you sometime read about this stuff. And frankly, I think those stories come about because people have a transmission with a serious problem (like slipping or juddering), they put this product in hoping it will "fix" their transmission, the transmission fails catastrophically soon after, and they blame the product. Honestly, I think those transmissions were going to fail anyway and the product takes the rap for it. So, in conclusion, for a slight leak, if you want to see if you can stop it and avoid an expensive transmission removal to replace the seals, this product helps somewhat and is worth a try. I would not expect any more from it.

Price a little higher than I feel is appropriate, but I suppose it’s a niche product. Anyways, I have a 2008 Altima I recently bought used with a CVT with 270,000kms. The transmission had a shudder on acceleration, and I figured I’d try this out before doing any physical repairs. Immediately the shudder was 90% gone and the “shifting” that the CVT does felt much more sharp. I had changed the fluid the week before, with no change. I felt immediate improvements after adding this and I’m happy with my purchase! I’d recommend this to someone looking to breathe some life into their old CVT before paying big money for a transmission. If your CVT has significant damage already (grinding noise, shuddering, transmission related codes) then save your money for the replacement. My car had no fault codes and showed no signs of significant wear or damage before I used the product.
