Good quality box.

Had it been with the modular baseplate & modular socket, I'd have given 5 stars. But I've to look for it which is not available in our local market and put some ideas to improvise it with 'Cona Olive' modular baseplate & socket as shown in the picture. Then I've to fix the baseplate to the gang box with 4pcs of cut & holed lam board pieces.

Do not buy! I will tell you why. There are four screw holes in the four corners where the 3x3 plate should ideally screw on however, there is not a single 3x3 plate available in the Indian market (especially Delhi and Gurugram) where you get screws at four corners. There are only the ones with two screws in the middle, one on each side. I have tried every shop and every branded and local brand and none of them make a socket plat that fits this one. Wasted too much time and money. I wanted this for my EV charging point in my driveway and it turned out to be a huge disappointment. It also does not appear to be true IP66 rated but more of a marketing tagline.

It’s a great option for areas exposed directly to rain

Socket not included so its difficult to look for a socket that is compatible with this cover. I did not realise while ordering it - so others plz read it carefully- the socket is NOT included, this is only the cover. Would suggest others to look for covers that come with the socket and plate so that there are no compatibility issues

The quality of the item is good but the only problem is finding the electrical plate/socket that will fit inside it. So its better to buy this item along with the socket/plate together.
