It also includes a nice black cord as an extra. This was a gift for my husband, and I was worried the pendant might be too small or not look as good in person, but it exceeded my expectations. In the picture shown the St. Benedict medal looks large and heavy. Demanding of attention and powerful. Though it is powerful as a St. Benedict medal, the actual necklace pendant is the size of quarter. It’s small. Good for people who are just looking for a little necklace pendant.

I put this on every morning and am thankful for the purchase. It is a very detailed cross, and the only complaint I have is that for the non-orthodox it should come with a legend that explains the different images on the cross. I found out the answer to that with a little digging, but an insert would’ve been nice.
