I absolutely love this concealer! It is very easy to apply and I find that unlike other concealers it is not patchy at all when blended. Instead, it is very moisturizing and has decent coverage. This is a holy grail for me at a good price point. I would recommend this concealer both for covering up spots on the skin and for under the eyes. The only complaint I would have would be it is more of a medium coverage than a high coverage, and does tend to crease a bit on under eyes when they are not set with powder. Considering how effortlessly this blends in and looks natural I find this to be perfect though! This does not feel cakey and is very light weight.

This is a really good concealer, especially for maturing skin. I have purchased it several times, and I always come back to it. The neutralizer does a pretty good job at neutralizing circles, though I require a layer of a different color of the same concealer on top of the neutralizer, that is because I have very dark circles and fair skin. It is highly pigmented and softer than some stick concealers. I have not experienced it drying out, even after wearing it all day. It stays on with a setting spray, and does settle into creases around the eyes, but if you pat the creases out and use a setting spray, it stays put most of the day. In the summer, it does not hold up extremely well to heat and sweat, but for the price, it is excellent, in my opinion. It is a reliable, inexpensive option for maturing skin.

I personally love this product. I've used it for many years now. I use it for primer on my eyelids and around my eyes to brighten the area and keep my eye shadow on. I went to modeling school as a young girl and we used something similar called "tv touch". This is the closest product I've found to that. It's affordable. It glides on smoothly. It's full coverage. It brightens the skin but blends well to your foundation. It doesn't have any scent to it. It has never irritated my skin or eyes. I will continue to use it and recommend it.

I've been wearing this product unwaveringly for 20 years, since I was 18 years old. There pros and cons are below: Pros: ●It's extremely lightweight. ●I can hardly feel that it's on my skin most of the time. ●It feels clean. ●It doesn't contribute too much to any of my breakouts, although it does a little. ●It looks natural. ●It blends in evenly. ●It doesn't cake up. ●It can fit a range of light-skinned colors. I have light skin, but this is more for neutralizing. You can wear it under other makeup if you'd like. If you have dark skin, you'll need a darker color. ●A little bit goes a long way. ●You only need a tiny amount for each imperfection. ●It is specifically great with discoloring of skin, such as around eyes, veins, red marks, etc. ●It washes off so easily with soap and water. Cons: ●It is a little dry and can dry your skin if you use often. ●It may feel a little uncomfortable at times. ●It shows up weird looking in photos... you may notice it glows in photos or highlights certain facial features. ●If you wear it alone in highly concentrated portions without anything on top like blush or powder to blend it, it may stand out.

I've been using Cover Girl products for decades and they consistently deliver. I have tried a lot of concealers but keep coming back to this one. I'm a fair skinned blonde that is getting some tiny, broken blood vessels on my chin and cheeks. I'm also over 50. This concealer is the ONLY one that covers them and stays put. If you are fair, like me, get the neutralizer. The fair is a bit too dark and looks off. The neutralizer is the perfect color. It looks super light but once on, it blends, covers and becomes one with your skin. It really is great stuff. It lasts forever too. Superb product, inexpensive and I highly recommend it.

Depending on the price-point, a great product; the neutralizer is one of few concealers that works on my extremely pale, green toned skin. It lasts all day, it spreads easily by tapping your finger or using a stiff brush. It is lightweight and blends well. BUT, the price has increased by 44.57% since I purchased this less than one year ago in July, 2025!! That FAR exceeds the rate of inflation. Less than one year ago, it sold for $6.91 by Amazon, which was in line with the general price range for this level of drugstore makeup product. Today, 8 months later, the ‘Neutralizer’ shade costs $9.99.

Really like this product. It glides on easily and lasts all day. It doesn’t clump or get trapped in wrinkles. Great price. Will definitely purchase this again.

I really like this, it is moist but does get creasy so you just need to remember to smooth out with your fingers.
