This device was not suitable for COPD so I returned it without any hassle their customer service is excellent.

Really neat little unit at a good price. Unfortunately my wife passed away before we had chance to actually use it to get out visiting places and attending hospital appointments. N.B. Normal return by any carrier is impossible because of the lithium battery in the package. It will not be accepted at most if not all carriers and carries a risk of prosecution if attempted.

It okay but dont have a long charge fine for traveli g in car as u can keep plugged in on the go.

Now I've got it Brilliant thanks! I first brought one when in Hospital 2022 I made an escape! Home it was a reliable tool to assist my needs some times thank GOD!! Regs David
